Quotations

Quotations are based on the information, photos and site conditions available when they are prepared. Each quotation states its scope, price and validity period. Work outside the quoted scope is discussed and agreed with you before it is carried out.

Scheduling and access

We will agree a date and time for the work with you. You are responsible for giving us safe access to the work area at the agreed time. Where building management approval or permits are needed, we will explain what is required, and responsibilities will be set out in the quotation.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please tell us as early as possible. Any charges for cancellations, rescheduling or materials already ordered will be stated in your quotation.

Payment

Payment amounts, deposits (if any), payment methods and due dates are stated in the quotation and invoice for each job.

Our responsibility

We carry out work with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, or by pre-existing defects that could not reasonably have been identified. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

Intellectual property

The content, logo and design of this website belong to V2S Services Pte. Ltd. or are used with permission.

Third-party links

This website links to third-party services such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute.
